Upon registration, the customers are given the ‘How to file a Complain’ brochure. This brochure gives all the important information our customers need in case they will file a complaint.
All customers’ complaints will be dealt with based on proper procedures. If a customer wants to file a complaint, he/she may contact us in the following ways:
